All items shown are intended for use by adult collectors and are not suitable for very young children.

The postage charges will be shown on the paypal payment page which will say Oberon's Wood at the top of the page, this is my business name.

Any order over £50.00 will be posted by special delivery, which will require a signature, this is more expensive but  I could never replace a lost figure as they are all one of a kind and it would break my heart to have one go astray.

No matter how many items are purchased at the same time, it will be just the one shipping charge.  

Overseas orders are welcome but I would need to check the relevant postage and insurance costs for the country chosen. (Usually it costs around £12 to post overseas by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' post).

I will then invoice you with the total amount.

Because the things that I create are handmade and in limited quantities, due to the limitations of updating a website constantly, I cannot always guarantee that an item for sale on the site has not previously been sold. If in the unlikely event that something is sold to two people, then I will, of course return all funds to the second buyer.

If you buy something that you are unhappy with, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange return options and a refund of your payment. I want you to be happy adopting something from the Hollow, it does no-one any good to buy something and then regret it, so I will do my utmost to ensure your satisfaction.

If you would rather pay by cheque for something, then please contact me and I will remove the for sale sign for you while the cheque clears.

Please be aware though, that I am not a big, faceless company with unlimited resources and I am just one person, who makes things and sometimes parts with them.
